Midea's PortaSplit portable split air conditioner has gained strong market traction in Germany, France, and Spain thanks to its drill-free, easy-installation design, with some sales channels reporting temporary stock shortages. At the same time, Chinese brands including Gree, Hisense, and Haier have also recorded significant sales growth across the European market.

As climate change continues to intensify, Europe's cooling demand is gradually shifting from seasonal to long-term growth. Residential, commercial, and public-sector projects are placing greater emphasis on high-efficiency, sustainable, and intelligent cooling solutions. The European market is expected to present expanding procurement opportunities, while innovative HVAC technologies featuring high energy efficiency, low-carbon performance, and simplified installation are likely to play an increasingly important role in future market development, creating new opportunities for Chinese HVAC enterprises to strengthen their global presence.
