Grandeur International Exhibition Group collaborates with the Guangdong Association of Clean Technology to visit the Guangdong Association of Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning to discuss cooperation, development, and international expansion opportunities.
On April 22, Guangdong Association of Clean Technology Secretary-General Zhang Zhongjie, together with Tang Xudong, Project Manager of Guangdong Grandeur International Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Grandeur Exhibition”), visited the Secretariat of the Guangdong Association of Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning. They held in-depth discussions with Secretary-General Liang Jianxiong and Deputy Secretary-General Qiu Liangzhu, reaching multiple consensuses on key topics including inter-association cooperation, exhibition collaboration, and the development of an overseas expansion alliance, thereby setting a clear direction for future coordinated development.
Secretary-General Liang Jianxiong warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced the overall development of the Guangdong Association of Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning, including its membership structure and core service areas. He also highlighted the preparations for the Association’s 2026 Annual Conference and its sponsorship plans. Liang emphasized that the HVAC and clean technology industries are highly interconnected and complementary, with significant potential for integration.
He expressed hope that both sides would take this meeting as an opportunity to deepen cooperation in annual conference sponsorship and coordination. By integrating high-quality brand resources, enterprise networks, and industry channels, the two associations aim to jointly expand sponsorship opportunities, enrich event content, and enhance the industry influence of the annual conference. The goal is to build a high-level, results-driven industry event that provides an excellent platform for member companies to showcase their brands, connect with business opportunities, and engage in collaboration.
In response, Secretary-General Zhang Zhongjie expressed strong agreement with the proposed cooperation framework. He provided an overview of the Guangdong Association of Clean Technology’s current development and key resource advantages, stating that the association is willing to work closely with the Guangdong Association of Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning. By focusing on shared industry needs, both sides will identify precise cooperation entry points, expand collaboration opportunities for member enterprises, and build bridges for business development, thereby promoting coordinated growth and improving overall industry efficiency.
As Project Manager of Grandeur Exhibition and a member of the Association’s Overseas Expansion Committee, Tang Xudong introduced the Global Air Conditioning and Clean Technnology Conference, which will be held from September 16 to 18. According to him, the event has already received support from more than 30 international associations and is expected to attract participation from organizations across 15 countries. During the event, overseas buyers will be organized to visit domestic factories, alongside global exchange activities in the purification sector, creating an international platform for industry showcase and business matchmaking.
Tang expressed his expectation to further strengthen cooperation with the associations and leverage their resources to invite more member enterprises to participate in the exhibition, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
Regarding the development of an overseas expansion alliance, all parties conducted detailed discussions on planning, existing challenges, and implementation pathways. The alliance will focus on trade-related cooperation, integrating industry resources, building supply-demand matchmaking mechanisms, and establishing an efficient domestic and international coordination structure. It aims to address key challenges faced by enterprises going global, such as rebuilding supply chains abroad, quality inconsistencies in Southeast Asian markets, and the lack of experience and clear pathways for international expansion among some companies.
Deputy Secretary-General Qiu Liangzhu expressed recognition of Grandeur Exhibition’s sincerity in cooperation and support for the Global Air Conditioning and Clean Technnology Conference. She emphasized that all external cooperation and resource integration undertaken by the association are always centered on the interests and practical needs of its member enterprises.
She noted that the association maintains an open, pragmatic, and proactive approach toward high-quality platforms and cooperation projects that bring tangible value to its members. Regarding the overseas alliance, she suggested that the Overseas Expansion Committee should take the lead in coordinating related activities. This includes prioritizing the integration of internal association resources, identifying member enterprises with extensive international experience, and systematically consolidating supporting services such as policies and logistics. Once preparations are mature, an official launch conference for the alliance can be organized to ensure structured and effective implementation, ultimately helping enterprises overcome challenges in global expansion.
During the meeting, the three parties also agreed to establish a regular coordination mechanism. Led by Grandeur Exhibition, a dedicated working group will be formed to manage and coordinate overseas-related initiatives between the Guangdong Association of Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning and the Guangdong Association of Clean Technology.
In addition, the parties will jointly develop a “whitelist” of high-quality enterprises for overseas expansion, identifying companies with strong international capabilities. This list will focus on three key aspects: existing overseas market presence, internationally certified products, and clearly defined intentions for global business development. The initiative aims to accurately identify and support leading enterprises in their international expansion efforts.
This exchange further strengthened consensus across the industry and clarified actionable pathways for exhibition collaboration and global expansion empowerment.
